These notes explain the Done48 offer. Your written project agreement sets out the final scope and commercial terms before you pay.
Website build
The starter offer is CA$499 as a one-time build fee for fixed, agreed scope. Responsive design, business-focused copy, a contact form, essential SEO setup, one revision round and the first-build guarantee are included within that agreed scope.
Monthly maintenance
The optional maintenance plan is CA$100 per month and includes hosting and two website updates each month. Done48 handles the agreed build, hosting and updates so you can focus on your business. The definition and limits of an update, turnaround, unused-update handling and cancellation terms must be agreed before subscribing.
Costs and scope
Domain and third-party costs are separate. Hosting is included with the maintenance plan; build-only hosting arrangements are agreed separately. Tax treatment and any additional work must be confirmed before payment. This website does not collect payment.
Delivery and review
The 48-hour first-build deadline begins only after complete onboarding is confirmed. It covers a review-ready build. Approval, revisions and domain or DNS delays are outside this deadline. Read the guarantee.
Fictional examples
Arcfield Homes, Kinetiq Club, Casa Soli and Stillgrove are fictional concept brands used to demonstrate website design. They are not client case studies. Their booking and enquiry flows are simulated. Images and film are licensed inspiration material, not evidence of real business projects.
Your project agreement
Before payment, your agreement confirms the service provider’s legal name and contact details, contract jurisdiction, taxes, payment schedule, cancellation and refund procedures, intellectual-property terms, content responsibilities, hosting arrangements and support terms.
