What starts the clock?
Payment, agreed scope, and the complete brief, assets and required access must be confirmed. Done48 confirms when onboarding is complete and the first-build deadline begins.
What arrives within 48 hours?
A review-ready first build of the agreed website. This is your opportunity to see the design, content and functionality together. One revision round follows.
What sits outside that deadline?
Client review and approval, revisions, changes to the agreed scope, and domain or DNS delays are outside the first-build deadline. A review-ready build is not a promise that the website will be live within 48 hours.
If Done48 misses the first-build deadline
The promise is your build fee back. Contact hello@done48.com about the agreed deadline. The claim process, repayment timing and final commercial terms are confirmed in your project agreement before payment. This website does not collect payments.
Clear scope before payment
The CA$499 starter has a fixed agreed scope. The optional CA$100/month maintenance plan includes hosting and two website updates each month. Domain, third-party services and custom requirements are separate and disclosed before commitment. Extensive sample-site features are not automatically included.
